We’re rapidly growing our team and are currently hiring an elite Digital Account Executive.

How will you make an impact?

We are seeking a knowledgeable Sales Specialist with experience in the digital marketing world for our Ad Caffeine division.  You’ll be instrumental in identifying opportunities to grow our client portfolio, developing, and selling effective digital campaigns that will help local businesses increase their awareness and get the results they deserve!

What you'll do:

  • Build a sales pipeline by cultivating new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation, etc.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnosis to fully understand customers’ needs, challenges, and marketing objectives.
  • Work with our Strategic Team to design a customized solution to achieve your prospective clients’ goals
  • Analyze KPIs to build effective tactics and solutions aimed at delivering significant ROI
  • Achieve planned monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Be part of a team that has the hunger and enthusiasm to make things happen for our clients!
  • Take the/Ad Caffeine client portfolio to the next level!

  • Understand that our clients’ needs come before our own
  • Believe in holistic sales and a consultative approach

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Digital Advertising Sales
  • Be incredible at fostering relationships and have an existing network of clients
  • Have a track record of consistently surpassing targets
  • Have a related post-secondary education
  • Be comfortable speaking with decision makers by phone and in person
  • Have a strong understanding of the role digital media plays in the consumer buying journey
  • Be self-motivated and constantly strive for excellence
  • Have exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
  • Have excellent communication skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Have obtained their Google and Facebook certifications
  • Be familiarity with CRM practices
  • Have a valid Ontario driver’s license and ownership of reliable vehicle
